Description
The Antelope-Dendrobium Group is the basis of many hybrids available in the mass marketplace. Called Antelope types because their petals are twisted like the antlers of an Antelope. All are evergreen species with an exception or two. These plants can be VERY tall. Predominantly summer flowering but can flower several times a year if conditions are warm and bright. Flowers are long lasting. Grow typically under Cattleya conditions with more light. Need good air movement to avoid overheating. If buds drop after they are fully formed or plants lack vigor, move to a place where night temperatures do not drop below 60F (Sourse: AOS)
